Spigot – Threaded Rod (M20) – Square – 50 x 50mm

The 50 x 50mm Square Threaded Rod Spigot is a floor-mounted frameless glass support with a square body profile, designed to hold 12mm glass panels directly without a separate post or top rail. The glass slides into the pre-formed jaw at the top of the square spigot body, and the M20 threaded rod passes through the base plate to bolt down from below — suited to timber decks, raised platforms, and substrates where under-fixing is accessible.

The square body of this spigot gives it a distinctly different visual character from the round version. Where the round spigot has a softer, more organic quality, the square profile is sharp, geometric, and purposefully architectural — well suited to contemporary residential designs, commercial terraces, and any installation where the spigot is intended to be a visible design element rather than a purely functional support.

The square body and base plate combination creates a cohesive, consistent geometry from floor to glass — every face is flat, every edge is crisp, and the overall assembly reads as deliberate and precisely designed.

304 Brushed Satin and 304 Mirror Polish are suited to inland and non-coastal environments.

316 Marine Grade Mirror Polish is essential for coastal properties, poolside installations, and all outdoor environments exposed to salt air or moisture.

Matt Black is a powder-coated stainless steel finish that pairs particularly well with the sharp geometry of the square body — the combination of angular form and dark finish is a striking detail in contemporary design schemes.
