Your Card Details Are Never Stored on Our Website
Balustrader does not store, retain, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment credentials at any point. When you pay by card or EFT, you are securely redirected to the respective payment gateway (Bob Pay, PayFast, or YOCO) to complete your transaction.
This means your payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider — not by us. Once the transaction is complete, you are returned to our website with a confirmation of your order. We receive only a transaction confirmation, not your card details.

All three of our payment partners employ rigorous security measures to protect your financial information:

Payment Confirmation & Order Processing
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email from Balustrader. This confirms that your payment has been received and your order has entered our manufacturing and preparation queue.
Please note: orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of completing your payment, please check your spam/junk folder — or contact us directly so we can verify your order status.
Payment Failures & Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined or fails at checkout, please try the following:
- Ensure your card details have been entered correctly.
- Check that your card is enabled for online transactions (contact your bank if unsure).
- Try an alternative payment method (e.g. instant EFT instead of card).
- Check that your available balance or credit limit is sufficient.
- If the problem persists, contact us and we will assist you in completing your order.
We do not charge any fees for failed or declined payment attempts.
Pricing & Currency
All prices on the Balustrader website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where stated. Payments are processed in ZAR only. We do not currently accept payments in foreign currencies.
Receipts & Invoices
A digital order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately upon successful payment. If you require a formal VAT invoice for your records or for business purposes, please contact us with your order number and we will issue one promptly.
