End Cap – Weld on – Square – 50 x 50mm

The 50 x 50mm Square Weld-On End Cap is a flat plate cap welded permanently over the open end of 50 x 50mm square stainless steel tubing. With no inner stem, it sits flush against the tube end and is welded around all four sides by the installer, creating a solid, fully fused termination that becomes structurally part of the tube.

The weld-on cap is appropriate for fully welded square tube assemblies where a permanently closed, mechanically integrated tube end is required. When welded, ground, and polished to match the surrounding tube, the cap creates a seamless, solid end face that is indistinguishable from a solid square bar — a premium finish detail for high-quality welded installations.

Post-weld finishing is the responsibility of the installer. Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
