End Cap – Weld on – Round – 38.1mm

The 38.1mm Round Weld-On End Cap is a flat plate cap that is welded permanently over the open end of 38.1mm round stainless steel tubing, creating a solid, closed termination with no inner stem or mechanical fitting. It is the correct choice for fully welded balustrade systems where press-fit caps are not appropriate and a permanently fused tube end is required.

Once welded, ground, and polished, the cap integrates seamlessly with the tube end for a finish that is indistinguishable from a solid tube — a detail that is particularly visible on exposed top rail and handrail terminations where a clean, uninterrupted end profile is important.

Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish. Post-weld finishing is the responsibility of the installer.
