The 50 x 25mm Rectangular Coverplate is the finishing piece for 50 x 25mm rectangular bolt-down post installations. It slides over the post and sits flat on the floor over the base plate, concealing all fixing hardware beneath a mirror-polished stainless steel cover that completes the bold, architectural character of the rectangular post system from floor to top rail.
The Domed style offers a smooth, curved profile that creates an intentional design contrast against the angular boldness of the rectangular post above it. The softened, curved base transitions the post into the floor with a refined, considered detail — subtle, but one of those finishing touches that distinguishes a well-executed installation from a basic one.
Both styles require no fixings and hold themselves in position naturally. Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish, suitable for all outdoor and coastal environments.

Installation Note
Slide the coverplate onto the post before attaching the saddle, top rail, or any infill components — it cannot be threaded on afterwards. Once the post is secured to the ground, simply slide the coverplate down into its final position over the base plate at any point before the top rail and infills are fitted.
