Side Mounted Bolt – Solid – 40mm

The Solid Face Side Mounted Bolt fixes 12mm frameless glass panels to a wall or solid structure through a pre-drilled hole in the glass. The bolt passes through the glass from the exterior side, and the solid circular face plate sits flush against the glass surface — presenting a smooth, uninterrupted disc of polished stainless steel as the visible detail on the exterior face of the installation.

The solid face is the most minimal of the three bolt types. With no visible socket, recess, or opening on the face, it reads as a pure, clean circle of stainless steel against the glass — a detail that suits contemporary frameless glass installations where the hardware is intended to be present but unobtrusive. The tightening mechanism is concealed behind the face plate, keeping the exterior surface completely smooth.

Choose from four finish options to suit your design:

304 Brushed Satin and 304 Mirror Polish are suited to inland and non-coastal environments where salt air and humidity are not a factor.

316 Marine Grade Mirror Polish is essential for coastal properties, poolside installations, and all outdoor environments exposed to salt air, moisture, or chemicals.

Matt Black (304) is a powder-coated stainless steel finish suited to contemporary and dark-toned design schemes where a bold, contrasting fixing detail is desired against light-coloured glass.
