The 50 x 25mm Rectangular Slotted Adjustable Bend Horizontal is the corner fitting for rectangular slotted rail systems where the corner angle is not a standard 90°. Its hinge mechanism pivots on a horizontal axis, adjusting freely from left to right to match whatever angle your deck, balcony, or terrace dictates — then holding that angle securely as the tube ends are inserted on both sides.

The wide, flat-top profile of the rectangular fitting means the top surface of the rail remains continuous and level through the corner, which is both aesthetically important and practically useful as a handgrip surface. This fitting is particularly well suited to larger deck installations and commercial terraces where non-standard corner angles are common and a confident, bold rail profile is desired throughout.

The glass slot terminates at the fitting on both sides, providing a clean, defined end for glass panels in each direction.

Installation Note

Always match your fitting grade and finish to your slotted tubing for a consistent, professional result. When fitting against glass panels, use neutral-cure silicone or clear rubber gaskets — avoid acetoxy (acid-cure) silicone as it can stain stainless steel.
