MCC Multi-Grout Cement 60 is a high-strength cement-based grouting compound used to set stainless steel balustrade posts and spigots permanently into pre-drilled holes in concrete, masonry, brick, and stone substrates. Mixed with water on site to a pourable consistency, it is dispensed into the drilled hole around the post stem and cures to a hard, load-bearing set that anchors the post firmly into the substrate.
The 2kg bag is suited to smaller installations — a single post or a small number of fixings where the total volume of grout required is modest. It is also a practical option for repair and replacement work where an individual post needs to be reset without the need for a larger bag.
Mix with clean water to the manufacturer’s recommended consistency before use. Ensure the drilled hole is clean and free of dust and debris before pouring, and hold or brace the post at the correct position and plumb until the grout has set sufficiently to support itself.
