The 25kg bag of MCC Multi-Grout Cement 60 is the bulk option for large-scale balustrade installations, multi-property developments, and trade or contractor use where the volume of posts being set makes smaller bags uneconomical. At R910.00 for 25kg versus R199.00 for 5kg, the bulk bag offers a significant cost saving per kilogram for projects where the quantity justifies it.

Mixed with clean water on site to a pourable consistency, the grout is used to set stainless steel balustrade posts and frameless glass spigots permanently into coredrill holes in concrete, masonry, brick, and stone. The cement-based formulation provides reliable, load-bearing anchoring strength across all standard substrates and is well suited to the higher post volumes typical of large residential developments, commercial projects, and contractor installations.

For semi-professional handymen and contractors managing multiple balustrade projects, the 25kg bag is the practical bulk purchase that keeps per-unit material costs low without compromising on setting quality.

Installation Note

Ensure drilled holes are clean, dry, and free of dust before pouring the grout. Mix only what you can use before the grout begins to set — do not mix the full bag at once unless your project requires it. Hold or brace posts at the correct position and plumb until the grout has cured sufficiently to support the post independently. Do not apply load to the balustrade until the grout has fully cured.
