End Cap – Weld on – Square – 40 x 40mm

The 40 x 40mm Square Weld-On End Cap permanently closes the open ends of 40 x 40mm square stainless steel tubing with a flat plate cap welded in place by the installer. It has no inner stem — the cap simply sits flush against the tube end and is welded around all four sides, creating a solid, permanently fused termination that is fully integrated with the tube structure.

Used in fully welded square tube balustrade systems, this cap is the correct choice where mechanical press-fit caps are not appropriate and a robust, permanent tube end is required. When finished correctly, the welded cap creates a solid, seamless end face that gives the tube a premium, fully fabricated appearance.

Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
