Tube Connector – Square – 40 x 40mm

The 40 x 40mm Square Tube Connector joins two lengths of 40 x 40mm square stainless steel tube into a single, seamless run. Sliding into the open end of both tubes simultaneously, it closes the gap between them and holds both pieces in precise alignment — keeping the flat faces of the square profile perfectly flush across the joint with no adjustment required.

Alignment is especially critical with square tube. Unlike round tube where a slight rotational misalignment at a joint may go unnoticed, square tube makes any face misalignment immediately visible — all four flat faces must line up exactly. This connector ensures they do, holding both tube ends square and flush by its fit alone, with no tools or fixings needed.

The 40 x 40mm profile is the most widely used square tube in balustrade systems, making this one of the most frequently specified connectors in the range. Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
