Tube Connector – Square – 25 x 25mm

The 25 x 25mm Square Tube Connector joins two lengths of 25 x 25mm square stainless steel tube into a single seamless run. It slides into the open end of both tubes simultaneously, closing the gap between them and holding both pieces in precise alignment — all four flat faces flush across the joint with no adjustment required.

Alignment is especially important with square tube. Unlike round tube where a slight rotational misalignment at a joint may go unnoticed, any face misalignment on square tube is immediately visible. This connector holds both tube ends square and flush by its fit alone, producing a joint that is clean, tight, and consistent with the rest of the rail run.

The 25 x 25mm profile is a compact square section used in lighter top rail systems and secondary rail applications. No tools or fixings are required. Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
