End Cap – Weld on – Rectangular – 50 x 25mm

The 50 x 25mm Rectangular Weld-On End Cap permanently closes the open ends of 50 x 25mm rectangular stainless steel tubing with a flat plate cap welded in place by the installer. It has no inner stem — the cap sits flush against the wide rectangular tube end and is welded around the full perimeter, creating a solid, permanently fused termination that is fully integrated with the tube.

The wide, flat face of the rectangular tube makes the end cap one of the most visible finishing details in a rectangular tube balustrade system. When welded, ground flush, and polished correctly, the weld-on cap creates a solid, seamless end face that looks as though the tube was machined from solid bar rather than hollow section — a premium finishing detail for quality welded installations.

Post-weld finishing is the responsibility of the installer. Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
