Bend – Fixed Mitre – Round – 38.1mm

The 38.1mm Round Fixed Mitre Bend joins two runs of 38.1mm round stainless steel tube at a sharp, precise fixed angle. It slides onto the open ends of both tubes and holds the corner firmly in position — no tools, fixings, or adhesive required.

The slimmer 38.1mm profile suits secondary handrails, lighter residential top rail systems, and applications where a refined, less bulky rail profile is preferred. The fixed mitre fitting maintains the same sharp, clean corner geometry as the larger 50.8mm version, carrying the slim profile of the tube through every change of direction with precision.

Used where the corner angle is fixed and consistent — standard 90° returns, wall corners, and any geometry determined by the structure rather than variable on site.

Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish, suitable for all outdoor and coastal environments.
