The 25.4mm Round Weld-On End Cap is a flat plate cap welded over the open end of 25.4mm round stainless steel tubing, providing a permanent, solid termination with no mechanical fitting. Suited to welded infill and handrail systems where a fused, fully integrated cap is preferred over a press-fit solution.
When welded and finished correctly, the cap closes the tube end completely and flush — giving infill balusters and smaller top rails a clean, consistent termination that matches the weld quality of the rest of the assembly.
Manufactured in Grade 316 Marine Grade stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
